Mold of Glass Bottle

The production of all kinds of glass bottles and glass products must have the corresponding mold.

A complete mold consists of the following components:

1.The initial mold is to initially set the shape of the product to be produced in the initial mold.

2.Forming mould is the main mould for product forming.

3.Funnel is the first process before the glass solution falls into the primary mould from the automatic distributor.

4.Plug is the glass solution into the initial mold with the initial mold to complete the preliminary processing molding accessories.

5.The mouth mold is the mold for bottle mouth setting, and it is also the tool for glass bottle to move from the initial mold to the final mold after the initial setting.

6.The air pump is a tool to shape the glass solution under the pressure of the air compressor after the glass product is initially formed and moved to the mold.

7.The punch is the mould for shaping the bottle mouth of large mouth bottle (wide mouth bottle). The size of the punch affects the inner diameter of the bottle mouth.

8.The core is a tool that affects the inner diameter of the bottle mouth.
